How To Use

  • Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Add 1 teaspoon butter and stir. Then, add 2 large chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add 1-inch chopped ginger and 3-4 garlic cloves and sauté until the raw smell disappears. Add 1 large chopped bell pepper and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add 2 large chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Now, add ½ teaspoon turmeric powder, ½ teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 tablespoon Jeeveda Pav Bhaji Masala and salt to taste. Cook for 4 minutes. Add 1 boiled potato, 100 grams boiled green peas, 1 bowl of boiled cauliflower, and half a grated beetroot. Mix well and cook for 5-6 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, green chillies, and lemon juice. Serve with buttered pav (bread) and chopped raw onions.
