Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, and chocolates are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 4-5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at customercare@giftntreat.com or call us at +91 7292 00 8855 with your order details and photos of the product.

Note: The Convenience Charge is non-refundable.
