Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Perishable items such as flowers, cakes, and chocolates are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 4-5 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Note: The Convenience Charge is non-refundable.
