At Gift N Treat, we aim to deliver your gifts with love, care, and punctuality. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver orders.

📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

During high-demand occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

Same-Day Delivery: Available on select products and locations for orders placed before the cutoff time.

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on the delivery location.

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (available in select cities).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, traffic, courier delays, etc.).

🌍 Shipping Coverage

We deliver across major cities in India.

Delivery availability for smaller towns or remote areas will depend on our courier partners.

International shipping is currently not available.

💰 Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹1000

Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Express or same-day delivery may attract additional charges.

🎁 Special Occasion Deliveries

We understand the importance of timely gifting. For birthdays, anniversaries, and special days, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure on-time delivery.

Midnight or fixed-time delivery may be available in select cities at extra cost.

📍 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an order tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.

You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section on our website/app.

❌ Failed Deliveries

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier/delivery agent will attempt one re-delivery.

In case of repeated failure, the order will be marked as undelivered, and no refund will be issued (perishable items like cakes, flowers, etc. cannot be reshipped).

⚠️ Exceptions

Deliveries may be delayed due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or courier issues beyond our control.

Certain fragile or perishable items may not be shipped to remote areas.
